Born in 1818, the firm, leaded by Sorrentino’ s family, works since always in the dairy sector and it can praise itself an ample and thick distributive net both on the Campanian Market and on the National market.
The continuous search of raised qualitative standards and the ability to interpret to the best of demand by one’s own client, both in terms of assortment of goods and in terms of speed in supply,
have since always characterized the mission of the firm.

And it is just the security to know always satisfied each demand of the goods in the sector of the so-called “super-fresh” dairy-milk, that has since always induced the bigger exponent of the modern organised distribution, of the refreshment to the public and to the collective, of the distribution wholesale and of the traditional detail, these still today very present in the whole sector ,to prefer us as partner-firma regarding all the dairy-milk furniture. 

It is just to guarantee on the best and to satisfy the commercial demand of one’s own customer, that in 2001 starts definitively the engagement in the production as a moment of strategic expansion ,through the integration “up-stream” in the dairy-industry screw-cutting .
The new firma, conduced with the denomination Sorì Italia s.r.l. is engaged primarily regarding the production of MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA CAMPANA DOP.
The distribution will be complete with the realization of FORMAGGI FRESCHI A PASTA FILATA. This thanks by a productive structure technologically advanced that takes up an area
Of ca. 400 mq. Suitable to guarantee a vast range of products realized in the whole respect of traditions that for centuries has characterized the typical product made in Campania.

And it is just in virtue of the respect of these traditions and of the deeply knowledge of the technique by ancient dairies that ,we have realised a product that has particular organoleptic characteristics that, today, allow it a competitive advantage that is sure on the national and international market.

The firm has the certification by the organism CSQA and the authorization by CONSORZIO NAZIONALE MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA CAMPANA, of which this own firma has the honour to be member .
With the aid of 35 assigned(employee), we daily transform the buffalo milk acquired in neighbouring firms from breeding that are officially uninjured, in order to follow all the traditions that accompanies since centuries the typical product that is MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA CAMPANA. And it is thanks to all the engagement that, today, we can us define, by full right a dairy reality that, well conjugating tradition and innovation, guaranties excellent qualitative standards.
